Hollywood Services, the Gypsum company that has handled landscaping and snow removal in the valley since 1992, is now part of Fortress Facilities Solutions.
If you're a Hollywood Services customer, you keep the service you know. What changes is what else we can do: commercial property work, janitorial, building maintenance, holiday lighting, and firewood you can order online.
If you're a Fortress customer, the merger brings Hollywood's crews, its equipment, and three decades of work across Eagle and Summit counties.
The people running Fortress
Three of them: one who has worked the valley's properties since 1992, one who grew up in Summit County managing HOAs, and one who spent twenty years in finance and audit.
Dave Lambert
Head of Sales and Operations
Dave founded Hollywood Services in 1992 and has more than 35 years of experience in landscaping and snow removal in the Vail Valley.
In that time he has worked for homeowners, HOAs, contractors and commercial properties across the valley, and learned what mountain weather does to a schedule.
At Fortress he runs sales and operations.
Luke Unruh
Head of Business Development
Luke was born and raised in Summit County and knows its property and rental markets from the inside. He works with homeowners, HOA boards, property managers and contractors around Copper Mountain and the towns nearby.
He is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), an Association Management Specialist (AMS) and a Certified Pool Operator (CPO).
At Fortress he looks after new clients and helps them work out which services a property actually needs.
Sunshine Fister
Head of Finance and Administration
Sunshine has more than 20 years of experience in finance, risk management, internal controls, compliance and fraud prevention.
She has held roles at Ernst & Young, Uber, U.S. Bank, Transamerica and UnitedHealth Group, working with everything from growing businesses to large public companies.
She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, Forensic CPA, Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Manager of Community Associations. At Fortress she runs finance, administration, internal controls and long-term planning.
