Beetlekill, cut to 16-inch lengths and seasoned at least six months. A full cord is a 4 × 4 × 8 ft stack (128 cubic feet), a half cord is 64 cubic feet, and a face cord is 4 × 8 ft of 16-inch logs, a third of a cord.

02 Where are we delivering?
Getting it to the woodpile

How many flights of stairs will our crew need to carry your firewood?

A flight is 18–20 stairs. Count the steps between where we park and where the wood goes, and pick the tier they fall into.

Is the woodpile more than 75 feet from where we can park the truck?

Roughly 75 feet is three car lengths. A carry longer than that costs the same as one flight of stairs.

Before you order

Our crew carries your firewood to the floor and distance you chose, and no further. If the delivery turns out to need more stairs or a longer carry than you told us, a surcharge applies on the day.

So count the stairs to where you want the wood, not to the front door. Not sure? Ask us before you order.

What you're getting, and how it's measured

Beetlekill, seasoned

Our firewood is beetlekill, split and stacked to season for at least six months before it goes out, so it's ready to burn when it reaches you.

Cut to 16 inches

Pine and piñon are both cut to 16-inch lengths, which fits most mountain fireplaces and wood stoves.

A cord means a cord

A full cord is a stack 4 × 4 × 8 ft, or 128 cubic feet. A half cord is 64 cubic feet. A face cord is 4 × 8 ft of our 16-inch logs, which is a third of a full cord.
