Privacy Policy

Fortress Facilities Solutions, including its Hollywood Services division ("Fortress", "we", "us"), provides property services in Colorado. This policy explains what information we collect through fortressfacilitiessolutions.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

• Quote and contact requests. Your name, email, phone number, property details, and anything you write in your message.
• Firewood orders. Your name, email, phone number, delivery address, the order you choose, your requested delivery date, and access details such as stairs.
• Payments. Card payments are taken on a secure page run by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us; we receive confirmation of payment and the amount paid.

Information collected automatically

• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host (Cloudflare) processes your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request in order to deliver and secure the site.
• How far visitors get through the order form. We count which steps of the firewood order form each visit reaches, for example choosing a size or picking a delivery day, so we can see where people have trouble. These counts don't include your name, contact details or address, use no cookies, and are deleted after 180 days.
• Address suggestions. When you type your address in the firewood order form, what you type is sent to Google Maps to suggest matching addresses.
• Advertising. We use Google Ads to advertise. Google's tag on this site uses cookies to tell us whether someone who clicked one of our ads went on to place an order, and the order number and amount. If you arrive from one of our ads, the phone number on our pages may be a Google forwarding number that connects straight to us, so Google can tell us the call came from that ad. If you reach us from one of our ads or a link we've tagged, we keep a note of that with your order so we know which advertising works. Google may also use your visit to show you our ads on other websites and apps. The tag does not give us your name or contact details.

How we use information

• To answer your enquiries and prepare quotes.
• To take, schedule, deliver, and bill your orders.
• To contact you about your order or service, including changes to a delivery date.
• To keep business, tax, and accounting records.
• To understand which of our advertising works, and to show our ads to people who have visited this site.
• To protect the site and our customers from fraud and misuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the business, and only for that purpose:

• Stripe, to process card payments.
• Web3Forms, to deliver quote requests to our inbox.
• Google, for address suggestions and advertising.
• Cloudflare, to host the website.
• Our email and accounting providers, to send receipts and invoices.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Cookies and your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
• You can control personalized ads from Google at adssettings.google.com, and read how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for advertising. We will respond within 45 days. We may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and order records for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Quote requests that don't lead to work are deleted when no longer needed.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us straight away if you think something is wrong.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
